Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself on television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. In no time she made the move to Texas and pursued her training in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last all that long in Texas before moving in Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles including local independent films and global commercials. It was there that she discovered her passion in the field of acting despite her small role. After moving into New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her debut acting part in the show All My Children. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played tiny roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she landed her first big series part on the short-lived show The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano along with some of the greatest TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley
